With the launch of our brand-new curated furniture collections, our Senior Project Coordinator has been busy away installing them into your homes. We sat down with Saffron to discuss her role here, her journey into the industry, and she had to let us know which furniture collection is her favourite. 

What is a typical day like as Senior Project Coordinator at Knight Frank Interiors?

As Senior Project Coordinator, it is important for me to keep on top of our stock levels, so I know exactly what furniture we have to create our curated furniture packages. I like to keep in contact with our customers from the initial enquiry to the final design, so I spend time throughout the day responding to any of their queries as quickly as possible. If I’m not at my desk, I am on-site visits in some of London’s top locations, including Canary Wharf, ensuring installs are running smoothly with our CHAS accredited (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) Logistics team. 

How did you get into the Interior Design industry?

For as long as I can remember I have always had a passion for properties and interiors, so it only felt right to me to go on to study Interior Design at university. Since graduating, I have worked in the design industry before starting my role at Knight Frank Interiors. I’ve been here for well over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier.

We take careful consideration when designing your property, including the style, functionality and most importantly, the rental yield will be achieved.

What is your favourite furniture collection and why?

I love all the different furniture pieces that make up the collections. If I had to pick one it would have to be the Hume collection for its modern twist on the classic 90s industrial loft look, and not forgetting the rusty tones which add warmth to the soft monochrome palette. The overall look is minimalistic and sleek, making it the perfect fit for any apartment.

What is your favourite interior trend this year? 

My favourite interior trend has to be the bouclé trend. In our Parker Collection you will find our beautiful, curved accent chair upholstered in this luxurious fabric! This textured trend adds a touch of glamour to any scheme.
