Our exclusive in-house Furniture Collections are created with quality craftsmanship and produced by UK suppliers and designed for landlords, developers and investors.
When you select one of our unique in-house collections, you can be rest assured careful consideration is given to the design, style, and functionality of your property, and most importantly, rental yield will be achieved.
Typically, delivery and installation takes place within 7 to 10 working days from point of cleared funds. If you need your package sooner, we will do our best to accommodate.
If you are a landlord or investor looking for a fully staged scheme to give your property maximum market appeal, but require some financial freedom, our rental programme will give you that flexibility. We offer the option to rent our furniture packages on a month by month basis until you have successfully found a tenant or buyer. The furniture may also be purchased at any stage within the rental agreement, or at the end of the agreement, we can simply come and collect it.

However, our badging process will assist in educating us all and over time we are looking to achieve 100% traceability across the group.
