Briefed to appeal to a young family, our designers injected pops of colour with blue velvet sofas in the reception, green armchairs in the study and a curved orange sofa in the bedroom, whilst adding warmth to the new build property. As a subtle nod to the surrounding countryside, rustic elements with touches of brass are seen throughout the interiors. The 3662 sq ft property featured large empty bedrooms with minimal storage space. Our team transformed the rooms into modern boutiques, each showing a slightly different personality from the other.
It was important to showcase how the house could be a great place for entertaining, adding smaller seating areas for drinks as well as the oversized dining table. Maximising the property to its full potential, our designers converted one of the bedrooms into a second reception area as a movie room, perfect for keeping the whole family entertained.
Once dressed by our team at Knight Frank Interiors, 2 of the 3 properties sold successfully within weeks. The scheme was then moved into the remaining house, which sold within a month.
