Central Region & Home Counties

The last quarter from the Central Region & Home Counties sales & lettings has been extremely busy, the bread and butter of the business in the current market being the Dress to Sell and Dress to Let properties.

Our latest success stories include 2 projects we dressed for Sam Sproston in Wandsworth back in December, are now under offer with both very close to the asking price! On the back of this, we have confirmed another project for his client, Lyford Road, which we will be installed at the end of February. Lancaster Gardens in Wimbledon also went under offer for Alex Philo’s client, which again was a great reflection of our Dress to Sell service.

In other news, we also had confirmation of a new design client from Guy Spencer. The client has just bought their own dream home in Mill Hill following a previous unsuccessful investor project which we have now been able to upsell and invoice them a design fee for a much larger project. We are looking forward to starting work on this design.

Following a successful second focus group, we discovered and will be actioning more facetime to keep the referrals up, with monthly meetings will be put in place with offices. We are looking forward to seeing you soon!

Coming up, we have a stunning property we are dressing in the home counties for Charles Davenport and another for Caroline Phillips more centrally in Eaton Place. We have a lot of furniture packs in the pipeline for the Battersea office so watch this space! We will be rolling out our free design fee consultation vouchers which will be sent to various areas in the new buyer Fortnum & Mason hampers, these have gone to print so we hope for some successful private client projects off the back of this.
