It has been a busy period for Knight Frank Interiors on the lead up to Christmas, with the Home Counties Sales region generating the highest amount of income followed by the Central sales region.

The Dress to Sell and Let service has been the most thriving side of the business in the last couple of months, we have seen great appetite for this across all regions which have some fantastic success stories across London and the Home Counties.

We had some superb leads install, Princelet Street and Newman Street sent over by Daniel Sugarman and Simon Boulton from the City & East Region with a healthy pipeline at the Park Drive & Denizen Development coming up!

With the Central offices, Notting Hill & Kensington are leading the way with a stunning property we furnished ‘Shawfield Street’ in Chelsea for Roly Ingleby – Mackenzie (now live on our website) & a beautiful apartment in Holland Park for Tacita Rolls. We have a private client project to look forward to installing in December for Tom Nicole in Marylebone as well as two more rentals going in before Christmas for Christian Lock Newcrews, one being in the prestigious Chiltern Place development.

The Home Counties had a cracking quarter with the sale of Caron Place furniture, thanks to Keir Waddle. We have seen exceptional installations from Richmond (Thom Atkins), and Wimbledon (Alex Philo). Also, we have had great success in Wandsworth with two stunning houses to dress just before Christmas set just off of Wandsworth Common!

We very much look forward to what the next few months brings with a very healthy pipeline looming!
