The Design

Throughout this state-of-the-art property, there is strong reference to the Edwardian period. We took advantage of the multitude of large windows, including one of the biggest features in the grand reception hall; the floor to ceiling, double height full width window. The windows allow for natural light to embrace the space within the property, providing a light and airy aesthetic, as well as offering exquisite views of the 26 acres of land which surround Hambledon House.

With 3 levels and over 8,000 sqft of internal space, each room is carefully considered and designed to perfection. The staging team took the time to understand the style of the home, and to envision what would really make each of the spaces stand out. Adding pops of colour such as rust, emerald green and royal blue tones compliments the oak detailing of the flooring and two large staircases. Specially selected accessories such as artwork, coffee tables and cushions were incorporated by our designers to enhance and elevate the characterful feel of the home.

Another stand out space within this luxury property is the large open plan kitchen, with an oak dining table and wooden chairs, harmonized by the neutral cabinets and painted walls. This bright, spacious area creates an inviting space for spending time with family and friends.

The principal bedroom features a blend of neutral bedding and furniture, with forest green accessories, reflecting the countryside feel of the home. Every level, room and corner has been meticulously designed, with both luxury and comfort at the fore.
