Surrey - Hambledon House

Hambledon House - an 8,000 sq ft, newly renovated country home, located in one of Surrey’s most desired villages. In 2022, this captivating estate with over 26 acres of land was rebuilt and ready for a new beginning. Our incredibly dedicated team at Knight Frank Interiors took on the project to transform the interiors of the newly built Hambledon House, and after only 2 weeks of using our Home Staging service, the property was sold!

As you wander through this state-of-the-art property, it becomes clear that there is strong reference to the Edwardian period. The KFI team took advantage of the multitude of large windows, including one of the biggest features in the grand reception hall; the floor to ceiling, double height full width window. The windows allow for natural light to embrace the space within the property, providing a light and airy aesthetic, as well as offering exquisite views of the 26 acres of land which surround Hambledon House.

Chiswick - Winterbourne Lodge

Another of our Home Staging projects is Winterbourne Lodge, based in Chiswick, Ealing. This 2.5 million, 2,736 sq ft property was designed by the team to have a bright, yet homely feel – with carefully selected furniture and accessories to compliment the space. When exploring this home, the neutral furniture with pops of colour through accessories allows Winterbourne Lodge to feel exciting and artistic, whilst staying family friendly.

The neutral tones used throughout the property were selected to appeal to all prospective buyers. Marketed as an ideal family home with outdoor space and two large reception rooms, the team also included a children’s bedroom to follow this. The modern bathrooms and finishes throughout the property were reflected in the furniture selected to compliment the property overall - not forgetting the hallway spaces and wardrobes which were fully dressed and complimented the overall homely feel for viewings.

The success of our designers work can be proven by the knowledge of the property’s Time On The Market – selling very quickly on one of it’s initial viewings.

Chelsea - Counter House

Counter House, Chelsea was a Home Staging project within a 1,500 sq ft apartment. Despite the smaller scale, our designers at Knight Frank Interiors were able to create spaces which still appeared larger than life, with eye-catching art and furniture. The aim for the design was to feel luxurious, fun and fashionable- embracing stylish city living. The furniture and accessories were full of European character, allowing the property’s character to stand out. Suitable for a broad demographic, Counter House would be fit for young professionals, city dwellers and families alike.
