Recently, our London based interior design studio was appointed to dress the latest edition of our luxury home staging portfolio, Lancaster Gate. The property has a unique layout which needed to be transformed to showcase the home as a liveable and modern open space, appealing to its prospective buyers. Our designers created a timeless, classic interior style that flowed elegantly from room to room.

I think we really achieved this through the modular seating area, dining and drinks area. Zoning these spaces allows each area to have a purpose and a function.”

Within the large living room, the team designed a modular seating area to zone the space and to create a cosy environment as briefed. The room was dressed in a soft, soothing colour palette, seen through carefully selected, bespoke artwork and luxury soft furnishings. Juxtaposed against accents of dark hues, the overall design of the room created a renewed and modern aesthetic, attracting a younger market.
Since COVID-19, we have seen a spike in people wanting more home office spaces. Therefore, our designers transformed the luxury property's mezzanine into the ideal study, appealing to the future buyer.
The elegant décor seamlessly flows into both bedrooms. Bespoke headboards were used with formal bedside tables perched either side. Luxury interior styling accessories were incorporated, instantly making you feel as if you were in a boutique hotel.
