Located minutes away from the buzzing area of London’s Covent Garden, you will find Knight Frank Interiors recently unveiled luxury show home, Lincoln Square, within the Lodha Development. The spacious apartment boasts an open plan living area, three boutique style bedrooms and a rooftop terrace.
Whilst designing for a young professional, the brief was to create a bright space, functional for entertaining. The luxury interior designed property features a large open plan living space. This caters for several different seating zones, ideal for when entertaining, including the breakfast bar, dining area and lounge. In reflection to the view outside of Chancery Lane, the room works cohesively together through tones of cool blues, lifted by hues of warm oranges, as seen in the upholstered furniture pieces. Brass elements add expense to the space, including three floating pendants by Ginger and Jagger, hanging elegantly above the dining table, gently capturing the light.
Leading outside on to the open-air terrace, entertaining was again at the heart of the design. Therefore, our designers created different zones, reflecting the internal layout, outside. A bespoke Terrazzo bar unit is perfectly positioned next to the extended outdoor dining table. A large sofa surrounds a cosy fire pit creating an outdoor oasis designed for entertaining. Perched around a private corner of the terrace, leading from the master bedroom, perfect for casually perusing through inspirational publications like the new edition of our lookbook, or House & Garden’s latest magazine.
Tones of blue continue to reflect the skyline views in the master bedroom. Dressed in Lelièvre Paris, the bespoke headboard takes centre stage within the room with the geometric pattern acting as a wall of art. The two guest bedrooms give an essence of a luxurious hotel aesthetic for those who are staying after the soiree.
