New Homes & IPM

For New Homes, we have been engaging a lot with our developer clients to see where we can add value to the vacant apartments they have left to sell. Also, in case you missed it, following the recent installation at Hampstead Manor, please follow the link to view the latest Q&A with our Interior Designer, Rhian Barker.

We currently have two pending show apartments at Novel House, thanks to James Cohen. Knight Frank Interiors are working with EcoWorld on the Oxbow development on furniture packages thanks to Tom Hawkins and a show apartment thanks to Freddie Hills.

Finally, we are preparing for completions at Station Square, Cambridge, where we will be installing furniture within 24 of the apartments coming up to completion within the coming months.

From our IPM centres, we have been confirming projects from leads which have come through from Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai, with the completions at Luma, Postmark, The Denizen and White City Living.

We also held virtual completion meetings with buyers in Luma – with 9/10 buyers we spoke to signing up for interiors and all installations have now taken place and look great. We’ve seen a great reception to these virtual meetings, so if you wish for us to join, please let us know.

Lastly, Nicholas Keong, Director & Head of Residential IPM in Singapore referred a portfolio Landlord for who we will be furnishing 5 Properties, with a combined value of £54,000+, a busy time ahead for Knight Frank Interiors!
