Can you tell us more about your role as Partner at the Knightsbridge Office?

It’s a very active role and keeps me on my toes! It ranges from advising my clients to pitching for new business, managing current instructions and, of course, selling the properties. In addition, I keep in touch with the team at Knight Frank Interiors and have regular office meetings with them to hear all about their recent successes. 


Since COVID-19, have you seen a change in what people want from their homes?

There is definitely a rise in demand for usable outside space. It’s not just a case of somewhere to stretch your legs, and people want to be able to move their living space outside and have the flexibility to be in the open air.

What has been your favourite project to work on with Knight Frank Interiors and why?

It’s definitely Shawfield Street. The property was a really interesting and characterful but needed a bit of a ‘lift’ after going stale on the market. Working with the unique characteristics features of the property, Knight Frank Interiors’ talented designers brought the 3-bedroom townhouse back to life. It was sold shortly after being home staged, so the dressing proved to be a worthwhile investment for the vendor.  

In your view, where is Knightsbridge’s best-hidden secret?

Dinings Restaurant in Lennox Gardens Mews! It serves the most amazing Japanese cuisine.


What are have you been getting up to over Summer? 

Playing cricket as much as my fiancée will allow… oh and going to Lords to watch as much cricket as soon as possible also!
