Our year has been busier than ever, from home staging success to furniture launches and even a new interior design lookbook. As 2021 draws to an end, our team have reflected on their biggest achievements and what we already have booked in the diary for the New Year.

Home Staging

Throughout 2021, we saw multiple project successes across the capital from Kensington to Canary Wharf as well as the Home Counties. It was here where we saw fantastic success at Appledore by Berkhamsted Developments. Our designers were briefed to transform the 3662 sq.ft. empty space into a modern family home, located in the beautiful countryside of Hertfordshire. Once our team had installed the project, 2 of the 3 properties sold successfully within weeks. The scheme was then moved into the remaining house, which then sold within a month!

Partners In Property

After a year of virtual meetings, the team were pleased to return back to the Knight Frank offices to finally catch up with all the agents in person. Here, we continued our popular Partners in Property blog series, where we caught up with Knight Frank partners from MaryleboneKnightsbridgeWandsworth as well as our latest article with Lucie Santander, where she discusses upcoming property trends for 2022.

Design-Led Turnkey Furnishings

From the modern industrial style of the Hume collection to the elegant soft tones of the Parker, in the summer we were pleased to announce the launch of our brand-new curated furniture packages. Collaborating with the best in the business and our trusted suppliers, our Buying and Design curated four consciously crafted looks and styles, so there is something to suit everyone’s taste and property.

Signature Interior Architecture & Design

In association with Accouter and following our recent private client interior success out in UAE, we now have a permanent presence over in the Middle East. We are looking forward to design the interiors for some of the most outstanding properties in the world. In other news, our Chelsea Waterfront project hit the headlines with their latest feature in PrimeResi.

“Interior design studio Accouter has unveiled a new hotel-inspired project at Chelsea Waterfront in SW London.

Priced at £6.5m, the “serene” residence spawls across 2,800 sq.ft. at the 434-unit development on the north bank of the Thames – which saw one of the biggest deals done under lockdown last year.”

2022…

We already have so much to look forward to in the new year. As the final floors start to complete at Canary Wharf Group’sOne Park Drive, we are starting to come to an end with our installations. Having worked with the purchasers on this development since its first week of completions, we’ve really shared in not only our client’s journey but the developments too. We have some very exciting private client projects taking place in West End Gate, which we can’t wait to show you. We are also expanding our client base in the Middle East, with some new projects to showcase in Dubai and beyond!

From all of us here at Knight Frank Interiors, Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.
